WHY DANNY SCREAMS?
After working as a DJ and dabbling in music production throughout high school, then 19 year-old
Daniel LoMaglio developed an interest in the recording process. The New York native dived head-first into music engineering
and production after singing/screaming lead vocals for a grindcore metal band, thus developing the name, Danny Screams.
Upon success of his first recording studio in a very small monthly space back
in April 2006, Danny decided to expand his studio's services by offering rehearsal sessions in addition to recording sessions.
He then moved to a bigger space, in which he gained more experience and a larger clientele, leading to his quest for his very
own music studio.
Converting an old bar into a functional recording/rehearsal
facility was not an easy task. Over the next two months, Danny and a crew of three literally built his studio from the ground
up. By April 2007, after tearing out the bar and restrooms and building sound-proof rooms accordingly, Danny Screams Studios
was born.
Now at 22 years-old and celebrating three years of business, Danny continues
to learn, grow, and improve his business, craft, and appreciation for music and inspiring others.
